At this time we only ship to United States.  Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing on all in-stock items shipped via USPS First-Class, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority.

In-stock orders expedited via USPS Priority Express, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver will ship the following business day*

 

Once the entire order is ready it will ship via the expedited shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Shipping are non-refundable. Please Note:  UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes

LOCAL PICKUP

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing on all local orders. Once ready, we will email you with letting you know your order is at the location of your choice.

 

PRE-ORDERED & BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

 

We although we try to stay in stock all the time occasionally during high buying seasons you may encounter a slight back-order.  All back-ordered and pre-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items in one final shipment, so that as a courtesy to you, in-stock items may arrive to you sooner. Approximate shipping dates of pre-ordered and back-ordered items are indicated on the listing’s drop-down menu as, “Approx Month & Day”.  These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change at any time. Subsequent shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when the remainder of your order ships.   MAIL

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for your understanding with this.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again. REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Northern Lilly. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
